Surrey Police Service (SPS) and the RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) issued a public appeal Thursday for assistance in locating 21-year-old Jaskaran Singh, who disappeared Wednesday evening, Oct. 8.

He was last seen around 10:30 p.m. in the 14600-block of 88 Avenue in Surrey. His sudden departure and lack of further contact have raised serious concern for his safety.

Description & Clothing at Time of Disappearance

Singh is described as a South Asian male, about 5 ft 11 in and 155 lbs

At the time, he was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and beige Asics shoes

No other distinguishing items or accessories were reported

What Authorities Are Doing

Surrey Police confirmed that Singh’s file number is 25-56802 (SU). The missing person entry is active on the SPS website.

Officers are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts, or who may have seen him after 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 8, to contact SPS at 604-599-0502 and quote the file number.

Family members and law enforcement emphasized the urgency, citing that every hour matters in a missing person case. The public’s assistance is vital to help locate him before dark conditions or further delays complicate search efforts.
