Winter Registration Opens for Surrey Residents
Surrey is gearing up for a full season of recreation, movement and community connection as priority registration for winter programs opens on November 30 at 9pm for most activities. Registration for aquatic programs follows on December 14 at 9pm, while non-residents can begin signing up on December 21 at 9pm.

Residents looking to stay active this winter can take advantage of a limited-time promotion. Anyone purchasing an Annual Recreation Pass between December 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026 will receive one extra month free. The pass includes unlimited drop-in access to the city’s arenas, pools, gyms and fitness centres—without contracts, sign-up fees or commitments.
