VANCOUVER — Vancouver’s biggest food celebration is back. Dine Out Vancouver returns for 2026 with more than 350 participating restaurants, exclusive culinary events, and limited-time hotel and travel promotions, transforming the city into a dining destination for nearly three weeks this winter.
Running from January 21 to February 8, 2026, the festival marks its 24th year, offering 18 days of multi-course menus, immersive food experiences, and special collaborations designed to showcase the region’s diverse culinary scene.
Menu prices will start at $25, making the festival accessible to casual diners and seasoned food lovers alike.
Restaurants and Menus
While the full list of participating restaurants and menus will be revealed on January 12, festival organizers confirm that popular Vancouver favourites are expected to return, alongside new additions offering fresh takes and creative dishes.
Past standouts such as Salmon n’ Bannock, Maenam, and L’Abattoir are anticipated to be part of the lineup once again, continuing the festival’s tradition of highlighting both acclaimed restaurants and emerging culinary talent.
Special Events and Experiences
Beyond restaurant menus, Dine Out Vancouver 2026 will feature more than 20 ticketed events, many of which are already open for reservations. These experiences go beyond traditional dining, combining food with entertainment, culture, and hands-on activities.
Confirmed highlights include:
- Dumpling Hop & Cocktails in Chinatown
- A Spanish-inspired evening with Paella Guys
- A luxury dining experience aboard the Rocky Mountaineer train
Event tickets officially go on sale December 1.
One of the festival’s most anticipated offerings, the Vancouver World Chef Exchange, will also return. The popular dinner series brings internationally renowned chefs to Vancouver to collaborate with local culinary leaders. Dates for 2026 have not yet been announced, but the dinners are known to sell out quickly.
Hotel, Flight, and Attraction Deals
Dine Out Vancouver is also offering incentives for visitors and locals planning a staycation. Guests booking participating hotels can receive:
- Up to $250 in prepaid Mastercard rewards with a two-night stay
- $75 with a one-night stay
Travelers flying into Vancouver can save 15 per cent on Air Canada flights from anywhere in Canada or the U.S. using a festival-specific promo code. The discount applies to bookings made between December 1, 2025 and February 8, 2026, for travel dates from January 14 to February 15, 2026.
In addition, festival attendees can access 15 to 35 per cent discounts on admission to 32 popular Vancouver attractions through VancouverAttractions.com during the festival period.
