Ring in 2026 at Yuk Yuk’s Surrey with Ola Dada, Cass Furman & Ryan Williams comedy, champagne, and celebration await this New Year’s Eve!
Surrey’s Biggest NYE Comedy Show Is Here
Get ready, Surrey! Yuk Yuk’s is pulling out all the stops this New Year’s Eve with what owner Eric Y. Lapointe is calling “one of our best year-end shows ever.” Fans can choose between two exciting showtimes, with laughter, celebration, and star-studded comedy guaranteed.
Lapointe, who not only runs Icarus Capital (the owner of Yuk Yuk’s Surrey) but also handles the club’s marketing, revealed that last year’s sell-out inspired them to level up.
Star Power: Ola Dada Headlines
The highlight of the night is Ola Dada, whose early booking back in June proved genius. With a fresh U.S. green card in hand, Dada’s rising fame meant he could have been snapped up by larger venues but not before Surrey got a taste of his new material.
Lapointe praises Dada’s dedication: “Some comics coast on old material, but Ola delivers brand-new content every single time. It’s no surprise he’s headlining clubs across North America and earning spots in Montreal, Winnipeg, and Halifax’s top comedy festivals.”
For Lapointe, ending 2025 with Dada is more than entertainment it’s a celebration of his breakthrough year and the promise of an even brighter 2026.
Rising Stars Take the Stage
Joining Dada are two rising Canadian talents:
- Cass Furman: Already making waves with her first comedy special in 2025, Lapointe predicts she’ll become one of Vancouver’s brightest stars in 2026.
- Ryan Williams: A Just For Laughs New Faces alum, Williams has toured Canada extensively this year, earning a spot in the same talent series that launched Kevin Hart and Amy Schumer.
Lapointe says, “Securing all three for our NYE show is a rare treat, and it’s a night comedy lovers won’t forget.”
A New Year’s Eve to Remember
The celebration doesn’t stop at comedy. Show-goers can enjoy a champagne toast, 2025’s top tunes, festive party favors, and even a packed casino for gaming fun.
Two showtimes cater to different party styles:
- Early show: 7:30 p.m. (Eastern Time countdown at 9 p.m. Pacific)
- Late show: 10:15 p.m., leading right up to midnight
Tickets are $45 plus tax, offering a perfect mix of comedy and celebration for everyone.
Lapointe promises, “Whatever your style, Surrey is in for a treat this New Year’s Eve.”
